ADULT STADIUM GOALPOST
Stadium football goal engineering and design at its best. A fully locking system that eliminates the use of old fashioned nut & bolt technology. Manufactured in a sturdy aluminium extrusion to conform to BSEN 748:2013+A1:2018 goalpost standard. The goalpost is elliptical with a depth of 120mm which is the recommended size for televised matches and goal line technology.
The latest FIFA Stadium goalpost regulations require that box goal nets be used in Stadiums with rear net support poles. This football goal is unique in that it has a crossbar that drops into the uprights to be locked in place by the turn of a key. This adult goal post is 24’ x 8’ and has fully welded corners to ensure the crossbar does not expand apart as with mitred corner goalposts.
The goalpost has a height adjustment to enable the uprights to be easily lifted. Once installed the posts are secure and cannot be removed by unauthorised personal.
Two types of twist and lock net fixings are available for the posts. A quick release hook if the net is to be removed from the posts after the game or a more permanent net fixing that can stay in position or be left attached to the net. If the posts are removed after the game we offer optional flush locking ground socket caps. Others use loose drop in caps that often go missing leaving room for debris to enter the ground sockets. A hinged frame is available if the net is to be left attached to the net and this allows grass to be cut inside the goal without removing the goal net. (not included but available as an add on)
