Help with ordering your football goals & accessories

We endeavor to dispatch items as quickly as possible and normally use a next day carrier, however delivery is out of our control when it leaves our premises, and we are in the hands of the chosen courier. Plastic goalposts are usually, but not always in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Aluminum and steel goalposts are made to order, and delivery times can vary depending on the time of year. Please allow time for processing of your order. If you have an urgent request for delivery, please contact the office to ensure we can meet your deadlines as if it is not possible, we will instruct you accordingly.

STEP 1. To order click on the 'ADD TO CART' button

STEP 2 Click on 'GO TO CHECK OUT' 

STEP 3 On the next screen you must 'SELECT A DELIVERY METHOD' for example, 'UK Mainland next day'
Note if you are opting to collect your goods from a collection point, please select the Delivery method of 'UK Mainland next day' - Only select the delivery method 'Collection only' when you are collecting from our actual head office store. If you intend to collect from our address we accept payment by cheque, cash, cards, or bank transfers; we do not accept PayPal payments when personally collecting goods from our business address. 

STEP 4. This will automatically give you the delivery cost and the grand total payable for your order. If you are buying multiple items, click on 'CONTINUE SHOPPING ' or alternatively click on 'CHECK OUT'

STEP 5. All you need to do now is follow the instructions on setting up your account or if you are a returning customer entering your email and password.

STEP 6 Follow the instruction carefully entering your address. telephone number and card details where appropriate.  You can pay by various methods which are explained. You can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal, cheque, or bank transfers, if you are based within the UK mainland. All overseas orders are to be paid by bank transfer only. Once you have completed your order you will receive an acknowledgement of order sent to the email address you provided.
For overseas orders email sales@itsagoal.net for a total price exempt of VAT with shipping and approximate timescales.

To cancel an order
The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms and Conditions. We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods, you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Transit damages, shortages or problems must be notified within 48 hours. Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us and the cost of us delivering the item to you initially. We can arrange a collection; call our offices so we can advise you the costs or you can arrange delivery back to us with your own courier. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued so that we can check the goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How much is carriage?
You can easily work out the cost of carriage for any product or combination of products on our web site. At the bottom of the product page there is a button 'ADD TO CART' select this and scroll to the top of the page and press 'SHOPPING BASKET'.    This will display the price of the goods, now on the left-hand side select the method of carriage for example, 'Next Day'.  The carriage charge will be displayed, and you can make an informed decision before buying.  

If you wish to add to the order and check carriage again press 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' - Select the other products you are interested in, return to the 'SHOPPING CART' and press 'UPDATE CART'.
You can also 'REMOVE' items and then press 'UPDATE CART' and your accurate carriage costs will be displayed.
Carriage overseas 
The web site currently only calculates UK mainland carriage charges. Due to the variations in worldwide shipping the company reserves the right to contact you after an order outside the Uk is placed and advise the accurate cost of carriage and requesting additional shipping costs if applicable. Alternatively, you may contact sales by telephone 0114 2424244 during office hours or email sales@itsagoal.net for an accurate shipping price.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods, you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Any repainting or re packaging where appropriate will be charged to the customer. Any costs implemented by PayPal or other credit card services will be deducted from any refund. We can arrange a collection; call our offices so we can advise you the costs or you can arrange delivery back to us with your own courier.
General
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued so that we can check the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
You can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal, cheque or bank transfers, if you are based within the UK mainland. All overseas orders are to be paid by bank transfer only. Purchase orders are only accepted when agreed with a Director of the Company, payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. If you intend to collect from our address we accept payment by cheque, cash, cards, or bank transfers; we do not accept PayPal payments when personally collecting goods from our business address. 
Delivery
We use different couriers depending on the product size and weight. The estimated delivery for normal stock items is 1 to 2 working days to UK Mainland however this may vary. Steel and Aluminium Goals are made to order and is normally 10 to 28 working days depending on time of year. If you select next day delivery when you check out, we will endeavour to send the item out that day, so it arrives the next day. The service is a next day but not a guaranteed service, if you need a guaranteed service, you must call the office and arrange this and there will be an additional charge.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scottish Post codes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE will be between 3 and 5 working days. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to availability of stock, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances out of our control. Before ordering goods for delivery to the Republic of Ireland please email sales@itsagoal.net or telephone 01142424244  for an up-to-date delivery price. The delivery prices displayed on the website are for UK mainland only.
Parcel delivery is during the day 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
A signature required upon receipt unless instructions are left to state otherwise.
An alternative delivery address can be added at the time of order. This may delay delivery to 3 working days.

Shortages Damages
When the carrier delivers your order, please count the packs you receive & inspect for any damage.
It will be noted on the carrier's delivery note, the number of packs you should receive. If the number of packs you receive does not exactly match the number of packs on the carrier's delivery note, please note the number of packs you received on the delivery note by your signature.
Damage to the Goods & packaging must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature.
Please check the contents of the packages upon receipt. Any shortages or damages within the packages must be reported immediately by email to accounts@itsagoal.net or by phone 01142424244.  If a product supplied has a fault or a missing item, we reserve the right to rectify the issue within 14 calendar days from the date the goods were delivered. Should the fault be reported after 14 calendar days a refund will not be available.
