This is the release key for the ITSA GOAL anti-vandal 76 mm steel ground socket plugs. This is inserted into the top of the plug to enable it to be twisted and locked in place. The football goal ground socket plug is a unique system to protect open sockets in the ground and prevent glass and rubble blocking them in the close season.
