Just received my 12'x6' goal today,got to say how pleased I am with it.

My son has had a few goals in his time and not one of them comes close to this one.

The uPVC is as strong as can be, it fixes together nice and tight and the net is top quality.

I nearly got a samba goal ...I'm so glad I did not.

If anyone is thinking of getting a football goal I would totally recommend this product.

The customer service is brilliant and it turned up on time. A great big thank you to Georgina.

I chose this product after comparing it with the Samba goals at my children's' school. I'm very pleased with the quality of this item; both the materials and the design. John has explained to me that it's possible to upgrade the size when my kids grow. I was also pleased to learn that, should the worst come to the worst, the parts that are most likely to break are in fact the cheapest and easiest to replace (if only every manufacturer thought like that!). I am keen to recommend this company and their products: you've got to support a British-based company with a Managing Director who believes in children’s football. They are committed to product performance and support: seriously, they even have their own full-size football pitch for testing - how many far-eastern copiers can match that! June 2010

Side note you know Martin Munroe? He was speaking to my husband today and when I mentioned the bad situation with the other goal net he recommended you're company. I said I already had and that it was Georgina how odd and quite random. Anyhow my feedback as requested. As a first time customer of ITSA GOAL I have to rate my experience today as beyond 10 out of 10.As a none football following mum of 2 football mad boys I needed urgent help and quickly. After ordering what I believed to be a complete 12ft x 6ft goal for my son's birthday in 2 days, I was greeted with misinformation and only a net was sent. No goals and no intention of any posts being sent from that seller. In panic I Google searched and came across your company and thank goodness I did. Having explained my dilemma, Georgina single handily grabbed the problem and within literally 15 minutes had sorted out the correct goal posts, manufactured them and had already shipped to me. Birthday disaster completely averted, due to the outstanding customer service provided by this professional company. No hesitation what so ever giving a 5 star and above rating for this wonderful family business. You have saved the day !!!! and allowed my son to make saves in his goals on his 12th Birthday.
