An innovative free standing demountable Five a side training goal post size 12 x 4. A professional goal post that is light and easy to move around pitches for football training sessions. Ideal when pitches need to be set up in different locations or stored away after the game. The goals have a very simple anchor for use on grass or hard surfaces. This goal design has an advantage over goals with heavy rear ground back bars or heavy rollers that are difficult to manoeuvre.
