Counter balance weights can be used as demonstrated by laying over the back or side ground frames. Alternatively the counter balance weight can be un clipped and each individual counter balance weight inserted inside the football goal ground back tube sections. if the goal is to be left in a static position the counterbalance weights if used in side are unobtrusive.

If the goalposts are to be moved around all the time then we recommend that the counter balance weights are used externally.  It is not available to move the goals around with weights inside the rear ground frame.

The tubular design allows this counter balance weight to be ea silly rolled away after use without the need for lifting.
